Naaman's BBQ

Genuinely the best Barbecue I have ever had. The decor was amazing and outstanding staff. The staff were friendly and really personified southern charm and friendliness. We met Naaman and he told us all about the restaurant and was an outstanding host. The food was mouth-waveringly good. The fat melted in my mouth. 10/10 experience, I cannot recommend Naaman’s enough.

After a great day out at Caddo Lake, I was craving BBQ- especially brisket. After a bit of research across different platforms, one name kept popping up: Naamans BBQ in Texarkana. The location is super convenient, right near Interstate 20, with plenty of parking. It's right at the Texas / Arkansas border- on the other side of the road is Texas. As soon as you walk in, you’ll notice the place is full of character, like a living memorabilia museum, beautifully decorated and full of BBQ soul. Now the brisket… wow. I ordered ½ pound, sliced thin and it was everything I love: very lean, non-fatty, perfectly smoked and ideally seasoned. Honestly, one of the best briskets I’ve ever had. Absolutely spot on. What an amazing bbq restaurant. We shared a 3 meat platter: ribs, brisket and in-house made sausage. All meat tasted freshly made. I can always tell when it is days old. Not here. We had the twice baked potatoes; wow! So good! And we had the Gorgonzola salad; delish! If you’re fortunate enough to get waitress “T” then you’re really in for a treat. She’s great!

Wow!! Exceptional service, vibe, and food! Big shoutout to Marie and LaLa who instantly made us feel like longtime friends! We were seated right away, with drinks delivered immediately and food very quickly afterwards. Marie was very friendly and attentive- great at anticipating our needs! Super fun, eclectic decor- even the bathroom was festive. We enjoyed the cheesy cow, salad, three meat plate, and sweet tea! Highly recommend this bbq place!!

Naaman's BBQ - State Line (Texarkana) I ordered “Cracked Chicken” - $13.49, with “Adult Mac’ N Cheese” - $3.59. It tasted like Southern Homemade meal. I used to come here often with a special person for many years, and they still do exceptional customer service. My order was ready under thirty minutes and I grabbed it To-Go. Presentation was good and it was a lot of food. One awesome thing about this place, they always give more for your buck. Throughout the restaurant you will find wildlife decorations as well as old-fashioned funny sayings in pictures and walls. They offer great seating selection inside and outside. They have a good-size bar. In one of the dining areas you will find an old classic vehicle. Overall, if you’re looking for true Southern Hospitality and delicious home-
