Absolutely loved the ramen here! Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. A cozy spot that hits the comfort-food spot just right..Highly recommended.. Lady staff service is not that much welcoming but male staff is absolutly polite and helpfull.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality n taste of both the Pho as well as the Ramen soups. I came in hoping they had Oxtail or Rib Pho, my wife and I's favorite/go-to dishes when going out for Pho, but it more than made up for it in the taste, atmosphere and service. Will def be coming back when we're in CT again!!

Santy and Danny were great servers - very attentive! Megan was quick to seat us even though the place was packed. All the food was timely and tasted wonderful. Can’t wait to come back for the ube pudding 🤤

Honestly, the pho bo at this place is a game-changer; the broth is so rich and flavorful, it's pure comfort in a bowl. I could seriously drink that broth straight up! Don't even get me started on the cocktails – they're perfectly balanced. It's the kind of spot where you can just chill, enjoy fantastic food, and sip on something delicious. Definitely coming back for another round of pho and those amazing drinks with Julia and her stellar team!!!

Had such a great time at Mẹcha Noodle Bar! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was super welcoming, cool atmosphere, great energy. We ordered apps, ramen, drinks, and even dessert, and honestly everything was on point. The noodles were the highlight for me! Rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Our server Betsy she was awesome!! made the whole experience even better. Attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about the food. Will 100% be back. Highly recommend if you’re in Norwalk looking for a solid ramen and a good time!
