Website design is absolute garbage. The fact they convince schools to use this abomination of an application is infuriating. Horrible to navigate and interact with. When looking for my son's activity to pay for it, I had to search for it almost word for word otherwise it wouldn't show up at all in search results. Don't have a direct link to the activity you need to pay for? Good luck finding it. I've seen old HTML sites run better.

Requires two-factor authentication every time but won’t send the authentication code to your phone. When you are able to get into your account, it takes 24 hours to load money to your child’s account, so if they are low on funds, they can’t buy lunch that day. Especially, if they won’t let them go negative in the meantime. Logs you out of the app every time and charges a fee to add funds. There is a cap on the amount you can add too, so you can’t just add funds for the whole year. Worst app for parents. Hoping our district switches to another company next year because it shouldn’t be this difficult to get my children lunch.

Extremely frustrating app that rarely works properly. I’m not sure why schools continue to use this service. Every time I open the app, it asks for verification, and the code takes a long time to arrive. After finally verifying, the app still doesn’t load anything. These issues make it very difficult to use, and they really need to fix these problems.

This app never works, the site is hardly working. I hate that my school switched to this program vs. My payment plus. It's highly inconvenient and a waste of time, so since the app never works and I had to log on to put money in my children's account, I might as well right a review since I'm here. They only allow one transfer per week between's kids' accounts so what's the point, why is it hurting you to allow us to transfer money between the kids. Clearly one kid spends more than the other. I hate this system. Hopefully enough parents can complain this year so we can switch back to My Payment Plus.

Worst possible app or program that constantly glitches or crashes causing students to go hungry if money cannot be applied to their accounts. Yet they increase their service fees but don’t deliver consistent or accurate service and account balances. I wonder what’s the incentive that so many schools use this unreliable platform to service children eating during school???!!!
