Myrtos

We were really excited to try Myrtos, especially after being in Greece a couple months ago. We absolutely loved the food there, so we were looking forward to having some authentic Greek cuisine nearby. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The beet salad was very different from what we had in Greece and barely had any beets, mostly mandarin oranges and arugula. I ordered the “authentic” gyro platter, which was decent, but the meat had more of a ground or meatball texture instead of being shaved like a traditional gyro. The fries and tzatziki were both very good, and my husband’s chicken souvlaki was tasty, just not like what we remembered from Greece. You can’t go wrong with Myrtis delicacies!!! My first experience was eating in house. My second experience was take out. 10/10 on both!!!! The feta is soooo good and everything is freshly made. The zucchini chips, gyro platter, dolmades and spanakopita are my go to’s weather I’m eating in house or getting it for take out!!!! I order everything I love because I know my leftovers will be just as tasty the next day. Don't pass on this restaurant!!!! The wait time for take out was minimal!! Less than 15 minutes for pick up!!!! DELISH. Hope you will be serving this community for many many years!!!!!

We came to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. Our server Molly was very informative and her recommendations were SPOT on. The food was unbelievable. We started with the charred octopus and it was phenomenal, the sauce, the texture, and the accoutrements were perfect. We took Mollys recommendation and got the rack of lamb as one of our entrees and it was hands down one of the best we’ve ever tried. The desserts are chefs kiss!! So tasty. The restaurant is super clean, the staff is super friendly, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

We had a fun meal with a group of 8. Lots of options and the apps were so fun! Great sampler platter with something for everyone plus we had to try the Saganaki (flaming cheese!) This was the perfect place to meet between Lancaster and Philly. Staff was super friendly and I loved hearing about their sister restaurant in Greece: if you want authentic food this is the place!

Several vegan options and the team is great with ensuring there’s no cross-contamination. Amazing food. Highly recommend the dolmadas and the kolokithokeftedes for appetizers. Big portions and great food, all from scratch.
