The restaurant is nicely nestled just off the busy intersection of El Camino Real, offering easy access yet a calm, welcoming presence. The building carries a clean, rustic charm with a subtle South Indian homely ambiance. The space is ample with enough parking and thoughtfully laid out seating and ordering areas —comfortable seating without feeling crowded or clustered. Just tried Mylapur in Sunnyvale and it’s a solid spot for South Indian comfort food! 🌿 The dosas were crispy ,the sambar had that perfect tangy-spicy balance, and the chutneys tasted fresh. The vibe is casual and family-friendly, and service was quick even during the rush. If you’re craving authentic South Indian flavors in the Bay Area, this place definitely hits the spot.

We ordered 2 dosas for 3 adults, and it was more than enough. • Mysore Masala Dosa: Classic, flavorful, and perfectly executed. • Mylapore Special Dosa: This was the standout. It’s unique and packs a punch—I’d rate it a solid 8/10 on the spice scale. If you like a spicy kick, this is the one to get. I had a lovely experience at Mylapore South Indian Vegetarian. The coffee felt so good and truly reminded me of drinking coffee back home in India — such an authentic taste! ☕️ The idly was soft and fresh, and the vada was crispy and delicious. The pongal was good, but I feel it could have been a little better in flavor and texture. Overall, a great place for authentic South Indian food, and I would definitely visit again!

Good place for south Indian food. Service was fast but refil of chutney was much slower than expected Thatte idli :7/10. Idli was a little on the dryer side but podi was good Mysore masala dosa: 6/10. Masala was the only good part Uttapam:8/1 Filter coffee : 9/10
