Myanmar restaurant Asian Delight

I realize I've only been making reviews of places that aren't great. This place is great. I discovered it because my local Chinese restaurant wasn't answering their phone. I ordered their fried rice just to try this place ...Let's just say, I haven't had great combination fried rice in a LONG time...I didn't have to add soy sauce... But when I did 😋. I'm definitely coming back to try more. Oh and coca cola....😊

I brought my family here because I wanted genuine cuisine from south east Asia. There really are only a couple places in Baltimore and the surrounding area that offer that and Myanmar Asian Delight is one of them. We ordered several entrees. They were all absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous and prices very reasonable. The menus there for dining in are not in English but they have good pictures and the staff there can explain what is in the dishes. We are really pleased with our experience there and will go there again next time we are in the neighborhood looking for good SE Asian food. As a side note, they have a small grocery store on the premises selling various Burmese food items.

Asian Delight is the perfect place for a quick and tasty Burmese food. Price is decent and service is good. They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I come eat here once a month at least. They also have other Asian food in the menu that foreigners like so definitely check it out.

One of those family run businesses which truly has the family run feel. The grocery store is a delightful addition and although small sells items not found in most stores, not even most Asian stores. Some really flavorful and very hot sauces.

Overly charging . Asked him before order a Puri, he said that $ 2.50 per one . So I ordered two. When I paid , he said Larg order. I said okay. I thought I ordered two was large. On receipt , charged $5.20 twice. So, I called him , he said it was 2 large order with tax but each size of puri was the same size what I saw in store.Not bigger. Total Sale tax was charged separately $ 3.06 on receipt. Price of Golder prawn was $25 he said, $26 was on receipt also other stuff prizes were higher than have to be. Update: he called me after I posted a review as above. He changed the story, extra $5.20 was canned fish. Other store was only $3.50.
