My Grandma's Empanadas

Want to feel like you're sitting in your grandmas kitchen in Spain or Portugal and eating fresh, homemade empanadas? Stop at this restaurant and enjoy yourself. Silly good - take them up on their specials 2 or 3 empanadas with a drink and an appetizer. I highly recommend the stuffed avocado as the appetizer - as fresh as it gets with a half an avocado overflowing with a black bean salsa. Empanadas? Get two savory and a dessert. You can't go wrong with the Beef, Chicken or Apple. Read that menu when you hit the door because the friendly staff will come up to you and take your order. Quick service.

After leaving Robins Air Force Base, we were looking for something solid to eat and came across this spot. Even though the restaurant showed it was closed, the owner, Rikki, personally answered my call and told us to come on in. That right there set the tone. From the second we walked in, the energy was positive—decorations sharp, staff smiling, and they greeted us like they had just opened for the day. The empanadas were on another level—fresh and flavorful. The salsa had a serious kick to it, the kind of heat I’d buy by the bucket if they’d let me. From the smiles to the energy, this place feels good, and the food more than delivers. I’ll be back very soon, and if you’re near Robinson AFB, I highly recommend making the stop

This is truly one of the best local restaurants in town. The workers are amazing and the food is always fresh. I have never been disappointed by anything I have eaten here, and I have tried almost everything on the menu. I could not recommend this place enough!!! If you want some local farm fresh food with a warm family feel, this is the place to go!!!

100% recommend. Food is fresh. They have no microwaves or freezers. You can see the staff making the empanadas right there behind the counter. Staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken empanada, stuffed avocado and the guava berry dessert empanada. My ONLY critique that would’ve made this a 5 star is my chicken empanada needed more filling. Since I can’t rate half stars, I chose 5 stars instead of 4 bc the flavor was delicious and I’d go back again.
