Museum of Root Beer

The Museum of Root Beer was a fun experience that was definitely worth checking out. For $6.50 admission it was worth it to see all the cool and vintage root beer memorabilia they have here. I didn't realize how many root beer brands that have been around. The small movie theater that plays old root beer commercials was my favorite part.

We had a fantastic time at the Museum of Root Beer! With plenty to see and explore, it's definitely worth taking your time to soak it all in. The mini theater showing old root beer advertisements was a fun touch. But the highlight was definitely the root beer flight - the gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even better. Prices were very reasonable, and we'd definitely visit again when we're in the area. Highly recommend for root beer enthusiasts and families alike!

We stumbled in on a frigid Black Friday ❄️, just trying to thaw out our frozen toes, and instead found ourselves in a fizzy wonderland of root beer history, trivia, and bottles galore. 🕰️ The museum kept us entertained for a solid hour and a half — which is impressive considering it’s basically one giant love letter to root beer. From vintage ads to root beer lore, it’s like Willy Wonka’s soda cousin decided to open a history exhibit. 🍻 The highlight? Root beer flights. Yep, you read that right. Flights of root beer. We sampled several varieties, ranging from smooth and creamy to sharp and spicy. Honestly, it felt like a craft beer

Its not a very big place. Its a self guided tour to see all the different kinds of root beer and all the old bottles and cans from around the world. Fun part is the sitting booth with old TV ads. When done you can buy a bottle or a 4 pack of bottles of of different kinds to try.

Although it's not very big, it was a neat spot to see. I couldnt believe how many different root beers there were. The cute nostalgia pieces made the visit worth seeing for me. And the root beer on tap was yummy. We had the III Dachshunds Root Beer and it was really delicious. Had a nice sweet/smooth flavor. The ladies who were running the museum the day of our visit were very nice as well. We visited 8/4/25
