Muse Pizzeria & Arcade

Arrived at 6pm, when we were seated they said it would be a 10 min wait... Restaurant was not busy at all… so why the wait? Server arrived at 6:20pm to drop water off and take our order. Server comes back at 6:50 and says they ran out of Caesar dressing and asked if we would like to substitute the dressing. Salad arrived at 7pm, miserable looking, pizza was okay. Will probably not come back ever.

This place was great! I was able to go there several times the weekend that they first opened. My kids loved the pizza, had such a great time playing each other in the arcade, and wouldn’t leave without a shirt. We had such great service, and it was the little things that were noticeable and I really appreciated it (clearing the straw wrappers, getting us refills on even water without asking, etc.). The drinks were really nice too, I loved that they had non alcoholic fun drinks, but the bar drinks were so good too! I highly recommend the Chefs Cup! The food! As a person who has a lot of allergies, and eats a specific diet, I really enjoyed that they were so accommodating. My family were crazy about the pizza…the dough and freshness of the sauce were on point! We will definitely be back to

We tried a new spot on Colonial Beach, VA called Muse. The pizza was average at best. My fellow diners thought the experience was average as well. The food was bland. My pizza wasn't cooked right as the tomatoes were not cooked and it was missing the arugula. However management did work to fix the mistake. I will say that the service was good. While I wouldn't drive back to eat here, I will give this spot a 2.5 out of 5. It's not bad but it's also just not that good.

Loved the atmosphere. We sat on the outdoor patio facing The Tiki Hit where we could see/hear the live band. Raven & Kelsey provide the BEST customer service going above and beyond. They advertised a great special & the food & drinks were great.

Visited for the first time and pleasantly surprised! We had the fried cheese and American pizza pie...amazing! Pizza flavor was just like a Whopper! We were skeptical but it won us over! Crust was perfectly done in the brick oven. Service was wonderful, great personality and conversation had. Beautiful view of the river added to the experience. We will be returning soon!
