Muse Fresh Burgers

I’ve been a customer at the original location for years until I moved and the Centerton location became more convenient. The Centerton location…has been disappointing over the last few visits being over the course of 6-9 months. I haven’t been here in about 3-4 months. I don’t come here as often anymore due to prices being raised every few months, significant decline in the quality of food, not to mention staff forgetting items on several burgers that were paid for but did not receive. Today’s instance, I ordered 2-Single Combos, one with cheese, ketchup, and pickles, which was correct despite have very little ketchup under the burger. The second burger was supposed to have bbq sauce, grilled onions ONLY, but had very little bbq sauce, and cheese (did not ask for). Mind you that a slice o

I really like visiting Natural Muse on occasion, but lately it hasn’t quite lived up to what I’d expect from years past. The good: Food is pretty tasty. Burger was more juicy than normal this time and the fries tasted fresh. One of the better milkshakes you can get in NWA. The location is convenient as well for those in the area. The bad: Items here are not cheap. It is at the level of a five guys which is about the max before fast food becomes something else. The workers here did not hear me repeat twice that I wanted bacon on my burger. They asked me what kind of fries and I said “Cajun” but received the plain sea salt kind. I’ve eaten here twice. Once I got a single hamburger meal and the other time a breakfast sandwich. Both the hamburger and sausage breakfast sandwhich tasted great. The Cajun fries are delicious and I love the muse sauce! The price is a little higher than some places but I’m willing to pay.

Wow! So surprised by bad reviews. It's just unhappy ppl period. My experience has always been awesome. Food highly fresh presentation is impeccable. Diana who is usually server very upbeat accommodating and completes each order. I feel fortunate to have this food so near to my home. It's high caliber so are the employees! Love all food here. Nasty nasty!!!!!! like why would you give me my food like this unacceptable will never return here again. The buns are melting like if you left them under running water. I don't live far at all and I wasn't stuck in traffic so it not like I had them just sitting there for a while. I live 3 minutes away literally. So freaking disappointed it wasn't free nor did I get any of it with points just like you expect to get paid for a service I expect to get treated with respect as a customer and get my order correct the first time. Definitely will not be returning.
