Murphys Family Watering Hole

Food was pretty good! The lemonade could be a little sweeter I think, but for our first time here, I’m impressed! Very rustic and western! Lowkey did explode the toilet, (quick note, their good makes you stinky).

A whole group of us driving our VW busses decided to stop here. Great food, we stopped on our way back from our trip. Great service, friendly staff.

A must try, great homemade when you order restaurant. The atmosphere was great. If you're kind and respectable, then you might get a free sample platter like we did. Corned beef was #1, award winning, pulled, and sliced brisket was tender and delicious, coleslaw crisp, burger was juicy. Overall, this was the best food in the town, and we'll be back.

My car broke down across the street from Murphy's. The owner gave me coffee on the house and an applesauce for my little one. They were very kind. I love supporting small businesses like murphy's - they really take care of their community. They also have excellent food! Don't miss out on the brisket!

I am so glad other places were so busy on a Friday evening because it led me to this amazing gem!! The service is down home excellent.... The food is soooooo fresh!! Such an awesome menu selection.... I can't believe I didn't know about this place beings I've lived in Hood River my entire life!! Maybe it's because I really haven't paid enough of attention to my surroundings because they are on the main street in Bingen!! We WILL most definitely be making this place a habit!! BEST LOADED TOTS/FRIES/MAC N CHEESE IN THE GORGE!!!!!
