The place was small, so I think maybe that's why there's no way to dine-in, but the food was fresh, flavorful and well-seasoned. The portions are big, so you won't be left hungry. Their rice and peas are BOMB!!! The flavor is magnificent and you can tell it's fresh. I had Their Sorrel drink which reminds me of Nigerian Zobo drink; I loved it! Sweet and tangy. Their Chicken Mac and Cheese is absolutely creamy and delicious! I only came here because my friend was recommended by someone and now I need to come more times!! I also had Their fried Shrimp and it was unforgettable!

OMG!! I order fried shrimp & a medium curry goat. The fried shrimp are the best I’ve ever had, so full of flavor!! The medium sized goat dinner was enough for multiple servings & delicious. Mine came with fried sweet plantains. I’ll definitely be back.

Had to try Murl’s again . Previously I was disappointed. I chose a fettuccine Rasta Pasta with Fried Salmon! Was great , not spicy like most places so can be for anyone; and before you look at the picture and say - only two pieces of salmon , NOPE there is salmon all through the pasta as well I’m not too sure about the Mac these days but this dish, I will reorder ! My friend and I both got medium plates and shared a side of oxtail mac and cheese. It took a pretty long time but I think they might have been making the shrimp fresh. It was the best food I’d had in a while. We ate it at a park bench bc we were too excited to wait til we got home. I had it for dinner and then twice as leftovers. Can’t wait to go back

Saw a lot of posts on instagram about this place and decided to check it out. The hype is real! I went right around the time they opened and it was already busy in there. I ordered the curry goat with rice and peas, and a side of veggies along with stew chicken. I also got a side order of jerk chicken and some beef patties. The rice is delicious, looks like they make it with basmati or jasmine rice. 10 out 10 highly recommend!
