Mum Mich restaurant

When I went here I ended up coming a bit confused at the style of cuisine but, later after trying it I end up very impressed. This mix of Trinidadian and Soul Food is like a Happy Marriage. The Curry Chicken, Brown Rice, Macaroni, Collard Greens, and Sorrel I had made for a pretty memorable meal for me. I didn’t not expect food like this to come out of a Small Mom and Pop’s Shop. I will definitely be coming here again.

This is some top tier Caribbean food! I enjoyed my meal. I had the the oxtails which were fantastic. Along with rice and peas and collard greens as well as a side of callaloo which was excellent, the candied yams were nice and the portions are very generous. I hope you all continue to thrive and I hope you stay around for a long time. You've got really good thing going here 🙏🏿

Ordered the corn soup 1/31/2025. Definitely not what I expected for a Trinidad corn soup. The soup had enough pieces of corn but, it was sweet not sure if that was from the carrots or added sugar. The corn soup flavor was missing.

1st west indian restaurant I've been to and they greeted me! 😅 Green flag #1! This was my 1st time there & the gentleman took his time to explain the plates & pricing. Green flag #2! The portions are generous,everyone was so friendly && they weren't stingy with the gravy! Green flag #3! 🗣 Run, don't walk!

I can’t say what the atmosphere or customer service is like, however I ordered from uber eats and was very disappointed. I ordered a plate with 2 proteins, oxtail and turkey wing. I only received 3 oxtails and a half of a turkey wing, the money that I spent was not worth it and very disappointed with the portion amount of food and need to work on seasoning. I was excited to try this place after seeing so many good reviews.
