Mugshotz Cafe

I'm a frequent visitor here due to its proximity to my home, which is why I've given it numerous opportunities to impress me. Unfortunately, I'm consistently met with a lack of warm greetings and smiles from the staff, save for two exceptionally kind employees. On three separate occasions, I've specifically requested bacon on my sandwich, only to receive sausage instead. During my most recent visit today, I waited over 10 minutes for a simple ice water and a cup of soup. To my dismay, the soup was only half-filled, and the employees were, again, not smiling and quite rude.

The Carmel Mochaiatto is hot and flavorful, staff were helpful and friendly.Also their breakfast burrito was perfect.Definatly be coming back.

Mugshots is a fun little cafe. They serve coffee, breakfast and lunch. They also sell a couple different pastries, hydro flasks, balloons, and Tillamook and Cascade ice-cream. It has a nice low key atmosphere. We came during lunch and both ordered the Turkey Avocado Bacon Panini which came with chips. The sandwiches were hot and crispy. I really enjoyed them. However, they took about 15 minutes to come out. We also ordered ice cream which tasted great. We will definitely come here again. (Note that picture is of half of the sandwich. We ate the other half before taking the picture!)

Forgets everything takes forever and says they can't make stuff when they have in the past.... not very good customer service either this is so disappointing I've been going for over a year and everytime is more and more disappointing. Not going again id rather not eat

I enjoyed my breakfast burrito, and the service was quite good. Had good chill coffee shop vibes.
