Mt. Juliet - Wilson County Library

Toddler and baby storytime programs are pretty good.... Baby rhyme time is a little repetitive... The thing I cannot stand here is the fact that they still have plastic protectors up as if it's still 2020... They don't interact with you and make you hold books up one at a time to the plastic instead of taking a stack of books and scanning them for you.... Move on from social distancing... It's not a a thing anymore

I’ve visited this location twice, and both times I was treated in a way that made me feel unwelcome. The first visit, a gentleman openly mocked me. The second time, staff questioned me behind my back and whispered about me while I was checking out books — even in front of my child. It felt very clear that I wasn’t treated the same way as other’s, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. The story-time women are truly wonderful, but the behavior of the other staff was unprofessional and hurtful.

Love bringing my toddlers to storytime. The teachers are engaging, patient and kind. They encourage movement and sitting still. A great combination for toddlers learning to follow rules and be respectful. Thank you Hannah and Emily for your consistent service and dedication to these children. My girls love catching storytime with you. The library has a great selection of kids books, fiction and nonfiction of course. Well organized, clean and helpful staff ready to assist you in finding what you’re looking for.

Though I dont rent from them much we do take advantage of their many homeschooling options / classes and I used the info I learned from their very helpful staff to enhance our experience at another location within the same county

The librarians and staff knew exactly where every book I wanted was. They were above and beyond nice and very helpful, I really enjoyed being there.
