Ms. Sally's

This was my first visit to Ms. Sally's and it was definitely worth the hour and a half drive! As someone with celiac disease, I can't tell you how much I appreciate this dedicated gluten free restaurant. I was able to enjoy hush puppies, chicken tenders, catfish nuggets, onion rings, and a medley of desserts - all gluten free, delicious, and reasonably priced. My non-celiac family members and I were able to share foods without risk of contamination which seldom happens in a restaurant. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the plethora of menu options and would eat there every week if I lived closer. Our server, Malorie, was fantastic! She was efficient, friendly, attentive, and her recommendations were spot on! Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!

Highlights: Shrimp and grits - 10/10! Fried green tomatoes - 10/10! I was hoping for traditional fried chicken, they only have chicken tenders BUT they were really good! Banana pudding was delicious! Downsides: Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese was okay. A little on the soupy side and I can’t tell if it’s made in house or store bought. Ansley was super sweet and I’m very happy that a dedicated gluten free resturaunt exists! I’d come again.

100,000% will be back. My wife has had celiacs disease for 17 years and has long missed all the classic southern foods and she can get them all here. Fast service, reasonable prices, great atmosphere. Just a gluten-free version of a home town southern café.

Excellent cafe serving old school Southern favorites in gluten free form. Great menu selections and great execution of the food preparation and service. Was out of our way as we traveled through the area but definitely worth the extra time to go by and enjoy great food with worries of possible gluten problems for my wife. Highly recommended.

We drive almost an hour for my celiac kid to be able to go to a restaurant and order anything she wants from the menu. She was SO happy! Loved the chicken tenders and wants to come back for her birthday dinner!
