Ms. Maggie's South Country Inn

We had a great time! Definitely the place to stay in Daytona. We rented a golf cart from Daytona Fun rentals and went all around. Ms. Maggie is wonderful and makes you feel right at home. The house is historic and beautiful and very spacious. Definitely a must!!

From the moment that we walked in the door and were greeted by our new friends, Miss Maggie and Miss Joanie, we were family. The historical home could not be more beautiful with gorgeous grounds. Our room was perfectly decorated with an OVERLY comfortable bed. I would say that it was hard to get out of bed, but with the scrumptious, generous home cooked/baked breakfast waiting, we hurried right down. Fresh muffins, eggs, bacon, fruit....on and on, every morning! Miss Maggie and Joanie took the time to get to know us and provide us with a weekend that seemed tailored to our desires. What wonderful hosts! From now on, anytime that we are in the area, Daytona down to Cape Canaveral, we will be sure to stay at Miss Maggie's South Country Inn. I stayed at Miss Maggie's recently & enjoyed every moment. The inn is beautifully decorated and festive. The inn and decor enhance the vibe of the historic Daytona neighborhood. Beach St shops, restaurants and a beautiful park with walking/running trails are nearby and an enjoyable walk thru the historic neighborhood. I stayed in the Hibiscus Room. It was beautiful pastel blues and greens. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had everything needed. There is a bonus patio with chairs just outside the room. Everything was spotless clean and fresh. It felt like home away from home. I'm looking forward to another visit soon. Thank you Miss Maggie for sharing your home and hospitality. I'll be back soon!

Deciding not to have a big Thanksgiving dinner, with all the chaos and work that goes with it, my husband and I took Thanksgiving Day weekend and explored Daytona 2 years ago. We stayed at Ms. Maggie's and I have to say, their beds were the most comfortable I had ever slept in. Maggie pays attention to details. From fabulous breakfasts to suggestions of where to go and what to do, Maggie is a delight to speak to. Impeccable service and extremely relaxing in the sauna, hot tub or swing. Very quaint and serene. We also enjoyed speaking with other guests. Had such a great time, we decided to do it again this year!

I will have to start by saying this experience as my first time ever staying at a B&B was hands down one I will never forget. Ms Maggie came out as we parked with a beautiful friendly smile and warm welcome. She showed us inside and everything was just as beautiful as the pictures had shown and more. We were in town to celebrate my wife’s birthday and of course enjoy bike week. Ms Maggie made us feel right at home. My wife and I will definitely visit again . One of my personal favorites about this stay was sitting in the swing enjoying an adult beverage in the backyard while listening to the birds chirping and playing. I could definitely go on and on but this is a place I recommend to everyone. Thank you again Ms Maggie you are the best!
