Mrs.Fields & TCBY

Before I discovered this place, I was a baddie. I’m not even being cocky, I was a baddie. Skinny, fit, everything sitting where it was supposed to sit. Then I met Mr. Fields and TCBY. I told myself it was harmless. Just a little watermelon sherbet with golden vanilla. Maybe a couple cookies. It’s normal to have a cheat day, right? After that first bite? I blacked out spiritually. I woke up and suddenly regular food felt disrespectful. Breakfast? No. Lunch? Absolutely not. Dinner? Why would I do that when Mr. Fields exists? I didn’t want nutrients, I wanted cookies and frozen yogurt. That was it. That was the menu. Long story short… I gained weight. My conclusion? It’s not my fault. It’s theirs. They’re criminally delicious. I was set up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never experienced something like this before at this place. If I’m paying full price for a smoothie why don’t I get a full cup?. I came back to the store but the lady said “it’s thick so that’s why not full”. According to her she does not speak English but I’m sure she understood and saw my disappointed face. This is ridiculous.

Love the yogurt here-delish, gluten free and lactose free! Perfect for a person with a sensitive stomach like me. Shakes and cookies taste great as well, always freshly made. Customer service(the most important thing in a business, IMO) is A++++ especially from Dennice. I’m hooked and will always come back. Keep up the great work!!

This frozen yogurt place was lots of great flavors and their toppings are the best. The customer service is also really helpful! Definitely coming again

I had such a great experience at the Mrs. Fields Cookies store! Not only were the cookies fresh, delicious, and just the right amount of gooey goodness, but the customer service really stood out. The salesperson was incredibly nice and helpful—genuinely friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It’s always a treat to stop by, but the welcoming attitude made it even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth and be met with a smile!
