Definitely not freshly-made they just throw them in the oven from the freezer they have back there definitely a rip-off also $4 for three little round cookies 5.99$ for one large cookie better off making your own cookies or going to Safeways bakey. Disappointed when I went in today. The guy acted as if he didn‘t want to take my order and seemed impatient. I was upset about the higher price than what I use to pay now being $8 for 20 Nibblers. I paid and didn’t care much for the flavor of the cookies or the texture. They were way too sweet, cold and stiff. I think I’m over Mrs Fields as the last time I had some undercooked cookies. I’ve been coming to Mrs Fields as a kid and now a Parent and I’m done now.

Bad experience. Employees were mean .. SMH!! Charged me 3 times for 1 transaction. Showed them my CC account by logging in . Lost my money .. Don't shop here. They cheat as well . Would have given them 0 stars.

We love the cookies at Mrs Fields we always pick up bags of cookies just to give them to the people just to make them feel good. Thank you Mrs Fields for your cookies.👍
