Mr. Submarine River Oaks

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really feel cheated. I usually go to the location on Torrance, which is closed today never having any issues I come to this location for the very first time no other customers there so I waited of course to be tended to since a girl was taken care of drive-through only, no hello or nothing which is fine. Another person did take my order. I ordered two king-size sandwiches, a cheese cup and garlic fries it came out to $35. I also asked for extra tomatoes which I did not receive on my sandwich. When I got home I couldn’t believe the sandwich Looks skimpy more bread than anything and the large fries was packed less than . I just feel so cheated I know prices have gone up, but this is ridiculous for a couple of pieces of meat on each side of the sandwich wi

Violet and Esther was very helpful I needed a tray at the last minute they got one together in 20mins! Everything was delicious and such an easy process!

Several people recommended Mr. submarine for Italian Beef. I was highly skeptical of the suggestion, but it turns out that I shouldn’t have been. Lots of meat, dipped to perfection, and I ordered both sweet peppers and spicy giardiniera. This Italian Beef was a complete winner and probably one of the better ones I’ve had in the Chicagoland area. I went there at roughly 5:30 PM on a Thursday evening and it was clean and quiet.

Customer service was horrible and rude with the exception of the. Young man who handed us the food from window 2. Order garlic fries didn’t get them after I asked for a cup of cheese sauce. The rude girl said we don’t have no more. Sandwich was burnt and dry then asked for Swiss cheese on a gyro no cheese but was charged. Never again will I return here again.

I really enjoy coming here ,The difference choices of food you can pick from and the prices are great i’ve been here 4 times this week n everything I’ve ordered was fresh and I ate something new each day and they didn’t disappoint me everything was delicious!
