New years eve is busy for any pizza company. It was 1.5 hour wait for our order came 15 minutes early, pizza and onion rings were done. I had my husband check the temp of the onion rings because we ordered a month ago and they were cold and rubbery. I'm assuming they are throwing in the onion rings at the time the order is placed because onion rings were cold and rubbery again. He asked if they could remake them and the woman said no with an attitude. He asked for his money back because we didn't want inedible onion rings. She had an attitude and told him he'd have to wait then. We realize new years eve is busy but having an attitude because you didn't time putting onion rings in is not acceptable. The pizza was great as always. Disappointed with the onion rings and service
We ordered a pizza that had green olives on it. Several of the olives were not pitted. I've never experienced this from a pizza place before. This is the first time I have ordered here in probably 10+ years. The food was good, but I could have cracked a tooth. Not enjoyable having to pick olive pits off your pizza. Honestly, I would recommend the pizza, but maybe skip the olives.
Pizza is still great after all this time. Just noticed last three pizzas had much less sausage than they previously had on their pizzas. Hope that's not the new standard. Otherwise, good pizza.
Haven’t had a pizza from this location in a while because I heard that changed things. Our pizza was good lots of toppings but hardly no sauce if there was any at all. So I called and was told they have the same amount of sauce as they have for years. Did not taste the same. Just a little more sauce and I would probably given them at least 4 or 5 stars. We will try the one on Laketon next for comparison.
Very disappointed lately. We usually get a pizza here about every other week during the summer, & 2 out of the last 3 times we have not gotten what we ordered. I wouldn't think that mushroom & pepperoni is a difficult order, but you just can't seem to get it right. Guess we're going to be going someplace else now.
