Mr. Po-Boy - West Side

Ordered 1/2 shrimp and 1/2 fish platter and added a soft shell crab on the side and sub fries for onion rings and it’s sooooo good. My husband had the roast beef poboy and it was good as well(no pics). The cheeseburger was good as well. (No pics)

Best Po'boys in town. Orders are made fresh on the spot so be prepared to wait a few minutes fir your food. So sit and enjoy the atmosphere. They do have other options then the Po'boy (subs, heroes, grinder) such as salads and plate dishes. Plenty of outside parking and plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal. And even have a drive through if you're looking to get and go but remember orders/are made fresh on the spot.

i was not happy with my food:ordered a softshell crab poboy and it was paper thin(like eating 2 pieces of bread with nothing in-between)and the onion rings were burnt looking and taste like they were fried in old grease,the restaurant was very clean and the staff were excellent,my experience was very uneventful and i hope to return in the future for a better meal.

Great poboys. Service friendly. Order at counter and take out available. Adequate parking and handicap accessible. Mostly poboys with some platters. Very lean roast beef (no fat or grisle) the shrimp poboy was over flowing with shrimp and not popcorn. Like the red chairs. Bench seats were a little hard but not a deal breaker…will be back.

After reading the reviews for this place having the best Po-boy’s, check out my reviews I found the place folks but, for this area these were very tasty, quick and filling. Service was good, very clean place, it is newer, the girl behind the counter didn’t know much of what she was selling. Now as for the price, I almost wanted to give a three star because the story behind how the po-boy sandwich arose completely goes against the prices here. Y’all do not need to be that high. I could make at home 8 to 10 sandwiches for the price of your 2
