Mr. Hero with Drive-Thru

An all around consistently great experience. The lady behind the counter is very pleasant and personable. I visit this restaurant at least 3-4 times per month. I usually order through the app and pick it up inside to avoid the line at the drive thru. All of my orders are always 100% accurate and the food is consistently excellent. The small dining area inside is always clean, even in the winter.

My name is Twila and I had the best experience! Rue was very professional and very knowledgeable about the menu and the value of coupons! What stood out the most was Rue, who took my order . She had the biggest smile and the most upbeat attitude ! Rue’s kindness made my day ! It’s what the world needs now!

The lady at the register was very nice. The moment we walked in, it smelled so bad! 🤢 Made me queasy. Big mistake making an order. But would've felt uncomfortable walking in then right back out to leave. Made me loose my appetite and I couldn't understand how anyone can dine inside a place that stinks soo bad! 🤮 Gordan Ramsey needs to go in an inspect the place. I wouldn't feed the food to a pet either. Not worth anyone getting sick over! 0/10 would not recommend unless you want a 50/50 chance of getting sick.

My boyfriend and I made it there right when they were getting ready to close the dining area. We were so hungry and the nice lady working let us come in and order our food and sit down and eat. The food was so good! It was my first time at Mr. Hero and we will definitely be back. Great experience.

The Mr.Hero’s on 62 is the best and freshest fast food around !! They never mess up my order ever , Chira is the best ever and I love talking with her while waiting for my food . Everyone in the area and everyone passing through needs to go to this location asap !!!
