The food was amazing it’s clean and fresh i would go back again

I tried this place for the first time and I was very impressed. The service was exceptional and owners gave me recommendations. I tried a combo meal with 3 pieces of catfish, 4 jumbo shrimp, and 3 wings. The catfish has a light cornmeal breading and was cooked to perfection. It wasn't fishy at all. The shrimp had a Cajun breading and were very good. The wings also had a light breading were also very good. The owner recommended the red beans and rice as well as their coleslaw. Both were excellent. Although they have plenty of tables, I did this order as a takeout and it all transported very well. The restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Very generous portions and a good value for what you get. It’s nice to have different options for food that you don’t generally find in the area. Everything tasted great and the gentleman who took the order and prepared the food was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Portions more than decent and price was more reasonable compared to other fast food. Waited about 15 minutes after my order was placed. Got the fried gizzards and chicken livers. Both very good. Breading was crunchy, peppery, and pleasant without being greasy. The roll was something special - like a doughnut without the sugar on the outside. It had a thin, crispy exterior and a chewy inside. Green beans were lightly seasoned and not too soft like canned beans can be (not sure if they were canned or not but they were good). I would be definitely be trying more of the menu if I lived locally. Two thumbs up.
