Mr B's Restaurant

We had the pleasure of trying Mr. B's on North Nebraska today. The service was phenomenal. The owners came out to introduce themselves which was a nice touch. The food was a hit! We enjoyed both the liver and onions and the fish and grits and had enough for leftovers but that didn't stop us from taking home the turkey meatloaf sandwich and peach cobbler for later! Oh, I can't forget the cornbread muffins! We will definitely be back!

There's something about the breading on this fried chicken that makes it unique. Definitely top tier fried chicken and the sides were 😋🤤🤌🏼I highly recommend the yams and mac&cheese.

Tried Mr B's Restaurant, on a whim after googling for a good place to eat breakfast. Located on North Nebraska Ave in Tampa. Not disappointed! Exterior not impressive but when you walk through the door, you find a really (REALLY, REALLY) inviting place, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Jordan, my waiter, got it all right and I was soon enjoying grits and eggs over-easy + smoked sausage + biscuits + french toast made with Cuban bread & adorned with a delectable sweet cream, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Yes, too much but sssooo worth it! Definitely recommend!

Very glad to find this place.. needed a home cooked meal and what better way to satisfy that by stopping thru Mr Bs. I'm not from Florida but I'll definitely return when I'm around. Food was great service and atmosphere are 10 out of 10 👍

We stopped by this restaurant on our way heading out of town because I had a taste for oxtails. At the time no one else in the car really wanted anything else to eat so I got out by myself to order. As soon as I walked in, there was a wave of comfort and hospitality that greeted me at the door! Everyone was all smiles, and it didn’t seem fake. I ordered oxtails with collard greens and lima beans. Everything tasted as if my grandma cooked it and had it prepared, especially for me. Once everyone in the car saw my food, the rest of my family (7 of us total) came in to order as well. We intended to take our food to go, but we actually started to sit down and eat because the food smelled and taste so good no exaggeration. We can’t wait to get back to this place!
