Mountain View Bakery

Omg I was rolling through the Pilot in Knoxville and they had a table full of baked goods from this bakery and let me tell you only one thing I can say is AMAZING! Yallz the cake was so soft moist and fluffy and their mini bread loafs were so good. Whenever I am rolling through here again I will be sure to pick up more.

I buy at Pratts market in fountain city. They have the best chicken pot pie I've ever had since my mom's. They even make banana bread like my mother which is rare I've never seen that. I can't wait to make a trip down to see what else they have in their store. Excellent food

The display table at the KnoxvilleTennessee Pilot grabbed my attention. Everything looked delicious, so I purchased a slice of coconut cake, a little loaf of banana nut bread and a little loaf of chocolate chip cherry bread .... Everything was delicious! Cant wait to stop back thru and try all the different varieties of baked goods! Loved them! ♡ UPDATE 4/25 - Made it back thru the area and this time I grabbed a slice of Lemon Cake. It was BEYOND delicious! I cant wait to come back thru again! The Pilot the bakery goods are sold at, is saved in my GPS now!

Bought the carrot cake and Lemon Roll at Pilot on 81 exit 4, if I would of known it was this good, I would of bought more, will be back again .. It was delicious

Bought the brownie and banana bread from the Pilot. It was pretty good but the bread is kind of dry. I would have bought some of the Pumpkin bread but all the ones they had were past their expiration date so just beware when you are picking things out.
