Mountain Mugs Pineville is the best! Having it right off the new downtown area makes it even cuter. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and everything runs so smoothly. Two awesome Megans at the helm and it shows—everything from the perfectly brewed coffee to the delicious food, paired with friendly, attentive service, is consistent and top-notch. This location easily surpasses the old shop in Middlesboro and the owner is truly one of my favorite humans—she’s the best. Pineville is lucky to have this gem!

I had coffee twice, once iced, once hot. They were both great! Megan is lovely, the establishment is beautifully decorated, and I can't wait to come back!

The food and coffee is exceptional! I prefer this coffee over Starbucks every day, any day! Everything taste fresh and delicious. I highly recommend coffee and lunch! Chicken salad is a favorite! The space is extremely warming and perfect for a place to decompress, or study! Cannot recommend enough! If you are driving thru this is not a small business you want to miss!

Quick friendly service. Drink was great. Iced bourbon caramel with cold foam and iced toasted marshmallow with cold foam. Way better than Starbucks and priced lower. Will definitely go back!

Great coffee and the staff is super sweet!! We also came back for a pottery class! Great fun group of 4, we made charcuterie boards!! What a blast !!! Staff was amazing!
