Mountain Mike's Pizza

UPDATE: apparently corporate doesn’t care either, I reached out to corporate on website and app with no response, how does a closed accept and collect payment on a pizza I’ll never get. I want my money back or be able to get pizza from another location. I ordered a pizza at 7:59 on app ordered was accepted by the store. I got there at 8:28 it’s closed. I mean all closed up locked nobody is there. States open until 10. Horrible and this is second time. Last time I hadn’t paid this time I did. I reached out to corporate this is ridiculous don’t make up your own rules

I love the pizza they make. The issue is every time I order here I wait more than the estimated time, about 30 mins, and whether I ordered online or by phone they make me wait in person as they are making my pizza. If I come in person and order I wait the same amount of time. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if they don't make it until you arrive? I actually asked an employee about this when I picked up my pizza today and they had no answer they just told me that they have lots of orders and I understand that but if you're online is saying it's going to take 20 to 25 minutes and I get here 30 minutes later and have to wait an additional 10 to 15 then you need to fix your online system &provide more accurate times. Came here for the buffet, and they had no pizza ready. I spent most of my lunchtime waiting for them to make the pizza. I do not recommend this location.

Great service , pizza was delicious!! The atmosphere was fun , all the kids had a great time. Fast service as well and it was packed , my family was celebrating with a whole T-ball team including all the players parents. Highly reccomend if you're in the area.

I have ordered from them in the past. Not great pizza, but OK. I ALWAYS give a big tip for the drivers. I will NEVER order from a Mountain Mikes again! 🤮🤢🤢🤮
