Mountain Mike's Pizza

What a hidden gem! I’ve lived in Chico since 2019, Not only does this mountain Mike’s pizza 🍕 serve up some of the best pizza we've had in a long time — crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and perfectly baked — but the real surprise was their amazing cookies. Seriously, don’t skip dessert. The cookies were warm, gooey, and absolutely unforgettable. Thank you to all the amazing employees who were very generous& a super kind. Special thank u from my niece too Alisa you rock.

Update: Somehow my review is no longer showing! I have reached out via their website contact form and have gotten nowhere! New reviews continue to show a patter of rude and unprofessional customer service! This order was placed at the mountain mikes in Chico CA. Placed an online order for pick up the next day. The following day a staff member called stating the card got declined. I provided the same card entered the day before and the payment went through. Hours later I picked up the order and went about my day. While reviewing my card statements two weeks later, it showed 2 charges from mountain Mikes. I called on a Sunday and the shift manager said he was able to see the two orders and only one was picked up! He said he couldn’t do anything, but stated the general manager could, so he

Just had an amazing pizza from Mt. Mike's! 🍕 Seriously, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were so fresh. I could eat this every single day. Highly recommend checking them out if you're craving some delicious pizza. Definitely a new favorite spot for me! #PizzaLover #MtMikes

We went here recently and it was great. Fun atmosphere, friendly and helpful employees and delicious food. We tried the pizza and salad bar and breadsticks. To highlight, Erin was excellent and was friendly and helpful.

Second time this month bad experience. First time we ordered a large for pick up for us and the kids. We arrive and they messed up and rung us up a medium. Today we ordered for pick up they said it be an hour and 15mins. We show up on the dot and the food is ice cold. 40 bucks down the drain. Honestly other places have delivered hot pizza everytime. Crazy how you place a pick up and get cold pizza. Never again Mt Mikes
