Mount Shasta Ranch Bed and Breakfast

We had an amazing time staying at the B&b, truly a hidden gem near Mount Shasta ❤️❤️ David (the host) was phenomenal. He's clearly passionate about what he has build here, with the beautifully restored 19th-century furniture to all the little details that keep the vintage charm alive. Breakfasts were delightful; though simple, the food was incredibly tasty and thoughtfully prepared The view was also stunning... We had a clear look at the icy tops of Mount Shasta right outside the door from our cosy cottage. The whole place is so peaceful yet full of character. It felt like a true escape from the noise of everyday life. This place is so underrated, and really deserves much more love and recognition. Goes without saying, a definite recommendation for anyone looking for a weekend getaway

Our one night stay at Mount Shasta Ranch was our second visit there and we had a terrific time. David and Kris are wonderful and attentive hosts making sure that their guests feel right at home. The location is amazing. Mount Shasta commands the view from the front porch where one can enjoy a glass of wine and fresh baked cookies in the early evening. The rooms are comfortable and furnished with fine American antiques. The breakfast varies day to day, but is lovingly prepared to be both delicious and a departure from the everyday fare one might expect at your usual hotel. The inn sits in a country setting, but is only a few short miles from Shasta City, where there are many choices for evening dining. We highly recommend this beautiful place as a great place to overnight or to visit

Kris and David are wonderful hosts. My wife and I return every year with a group of friends to play in the snow. We are always greeted warmly and all our needs our attended to during our stay. The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is top notch. I love sitting around the huge stone fireplace swapping stories of the days adventures. An experience you just can't get at a hotel.

This is my beloved home away from home! For years I went to Mount Shasta and camped...I love camping! And over time, I started to want a place that had a wonderful bed to sleep in and a kitchen I could cook in. I searched and searched for such a place, and eventually found the Ranch, and fell in love! It became my home away from home. There are SO many things I love about this place: the incredible structure of the Ranch house and the beautiful deck and deck furniture and wind chimes; the gorgeous views of Mount Shasta; the expansive land around the property; the carriage house in the back with a full kitchen and 2 remodeled bathrooms and 5 beautiful rooms to rent; the care that the owners Kris & David have put into finding beautiful antique furniture that fits the period of the property!

Incredible views of Mount Shasta from the porch. Plenty of parking space and shared areas were very spacious. We stayed in room 3 of the carriage house. There was some noise from the nearby highway and train lines. Very clean and comfortable. The owners were lovely and provided a very nice breakfast. Added bonus was the very cute elderly dog.
