Mother Nature's Granola

I’ve been a consistent bulk customer for over a year, ordering 25 lb boxes regularly. For that entire time, shipping was $12. After the company was sold, shipping suddenly doubled to $24 overnight with no notice. When I reached out as a long-term customer to ask if there were any options or accommodations, I was told they don’t choose shipping costs and that nothing could be done. The response was dismissive and unhelpful. I understand that costs can change, but a 100% increase without communication, and no effort to support loyal business customers, is disappointing. Even more so was the rude and inflexible customer service. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company for wholesale or long-term business relationships.

Please note this is a card only place, no cash. They didn't skimp on filling, plenty of berries but their crust is too thin. It just fell apart. Maybe its just personal preference but I want more crust to berry ratio. Also got cookies: orange cranberry 9/10 their white chocolate apricot was too cakey and dry for me 5/10 and their peanut butter was ok 7/10.

Found this place today. Bought the sugar free boysenberry and sugar free cherry pies. The boysenberry baked up beautifully and tasted so good I did not miss the sugar. The whole wheat crust was surprisingly better than regular pie crust. I will definitely be back. Hope they make more flavor sugar free pies sweetened with fruit juice. What a great idea and I never will feel guilty again getting a second piece.

Got a bunch of different varieties of granola for the office. Everyone loved it! So, so good. I put mine on my ice cream, my wife thinks I'm weird, but I like the CRONCH!!!! And oh my, those pies look amazing!! Do y'all ship those to Texas??? I am guessing it wouldn't make it in one piece.

I consider myself a distance relative to the “Cookie Monster”. This company produces the most delicious cookies. I live in Beaumont but drive to Yucaipa once a week to get my fix. The prices for the quality and freshness are outstanding!
