Take out order. Super omelet for 14 dollars powdered eggs and only half had meat or veggies , and about 20 pieces shredded cheese..tried it, thought I accidentally ordered from the kids menu.

The best part of the whole meal was the Potatoe and Ham soup. But the hash browns were mushy didn't have any flavor in the dish, when I was hoping there would be concluding there was peppers in it. The gravy for the biscuits an gray didn't really have much flavor at all, was thick gravy no spice to it. The waitress was nice. Long menu, with a kids menu as well. The place looked old time,but kept clean.

Cute cafe with obvious town history. Food was good and fairly priced for the portions. Our waitress was very kind and attentive but we were clearly not locals and felt a bit uneasy upon entry. We decided to stay despite all the stares because you can’t an establishment responsible for the guests. There are plenty of menu choices for your meal. We landed here from a Google search. There was parking available and a fair breakfast.

We were in town for something else and needed sustenance. Google brought this place up first and after skimming through several other options we wound up settling on this. And wow, the other reviews aren't kidding when they say this place is great! The food is delicious, the serving sizes are decent but not ridiculously big, the prices are very reasonable, the staff is efficient, it's kid-friendly, and best of all it's QUIET. Extra points for the lighting and music. By that I mean it's not super bright and the music isn't overpowering. We were here with our kids on a Wednesday around noon and there were only a handful of other tables occupied. We plan to come back without kids for a nice, romantic date at some point. Love this place! For the past 20 years we have had the opportunity to watch owners changeover, menu items disappear and bring new exciting choices, and the introduction of alcohol. 🍺 The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond for their customers. Today I chose the clubhouse sandwich (which comes with fries or soup) and substituted the fries with hash browns. They offer a number of trades for the same price: applesauce, cottage cheese, hash browns…etc. This is sure to allow each visitor to customize their favorites. The atmosphere is a mirror of the small town they are named for: old local photos, cute/silly server signs, and a feeling of being home. I strongly recommend an adventure to this place.
