I came to Mo's and I had the ribs and mac n cheese and it was amazing and reasonably priced. The meat was falling off the bone delicious. I will definitely be back for more. A great place for take out when you dont feel like cooking. I highly recommend Mo's for some good southern food.
My boyfriend DoorDashed an order from this place today. Never heard of it before today. Really just wanted some good soul food, which is already hard to find in Long Island. I ordered oxtails, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. Paid 2 dollars extra for corn bread. My boyfriend ordered jerk chicken, Mac and cheese, and potato salad. The food was delivered shortly after my boyfriend placed order in which I already saw as a red flag. I felt like something was wrong, and I was right. First off, they didn’t add the potato salad to my boyfriends order. He was really disappointed about that. Secondly, I didn’t get the corn bread that my boyfriend paid 2 dollars extra for. Instead I received a TINY smushed carrot cake. The jerk chicken and oxtails were the only thing that tasted okay (not the
Last week was my first time going to Mo’s. It didn’t disappoint. My mother and I both enjoyed. Besides the food being delicious (nice portions) I also met Mo, he was super nice and personable. Stop in and try it 😊
I door dashed from here and when I tell you comfort food, COMFORT FOOD. It’s hard finding a good soul food restaurant in NY due to other cultures making it and putting their own twists to it but this gives that nostalgia of authentic soul food. 🩷 The portion size was good and I always say once food comes in that styrofoam tray, the food gonna hit every time.
Super disappointing im soo disgusted I just have to leave a review so on one else falls victim to this trash. I just waited an hour for uber eats to deliver unseasoned fried wineries with burnt parts. The worst mac and cheese and canned flavorless collard greens. The worst part is how much I was charged, I was hungry and gave the business a chance against my better judgements.
