Moruss Seafood & Crab House

They are amazing when they hire the applicable people but the last 2 years has been nothing but ups and down more downs though. Every time we try them again after we spend over 50 bucks every time. They always over cook meat or skimp entirely on portions. I paid 70 for an order and the picture was the ribs all meat no bone I let them go bad cus who was eating just bone and bbq sauce this is days later cus when I got home I was so upset I let it stay there didn’t even touch it but the potato salad is always amazing haha sad right

I placed an order to go via phone. I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 13 minutes later. I walked in and was not surprised by the plexiglass considering the location. The clerk was on her phone and did not look up when I approached the counter. I had to speak to her first to get her attention. She looked at me and said, “Watchu ordering”. I told her I placed a phone order for garlic crabs. I paid and she yelled into the back, “153 here”. I walked over to the section of the counter that said “Pick your food up from here”. I waited an additional ten minutes before the clerk comes out and says, “You still here”. I didn’t respond to her comment. I handed her my receipt when she asked for it. She yells, “Ay! 135 here”, hands me my receipt and leaves the shop. Yup, she mi

Would be zero stars if I could. This place fell off so bad. Store stinks, food stinks, funny taste I can’t put my finger on. Like they used the same grease from something else to make my crab cake. Bread soggy and stale. Fries old and dry. Only thing good was the ice tea. Cashier outside on phone come in don’t wash hands or nothing just back to touching food. I was a weekly customer then had stopped coming about a year ago because the service went down. Mad I decided to give them another try.

The staff at Moruss Seafood and Crab House was helpful and friendly. The Seafood was a nice size and the taste was okay but, if I knew that fried onions was going to be added to my fish sub, I would've never ordered it... I like fried onions on my steak and cheese and not on my fish.

Visiting this place was pure nostalgia it took be back to my childhood, where you pick and pack your own items, everyone was so helpful, I purchased a dozen of titan blue crabs, and each one was steamed and seasoned to perfection, well definitely go everytime I'm in the area
