Beautiful, updated building. Things to keep children busy and engaged. Great reading selection. Fantastic staff who are incredibly polite and personable. Events are well organized and staffed with friendly people. Handicap accessible.

Setup for renovation was in progress. They will be closed this week during Cornfest.

We love going to our library!

We love the library typically- however it seems kind of hypocritical when the woman in the office in the children's area, door wide open, is enforcing small healthy children to "cover their nose" the constant nagging made our experience terrible. We were invited to a homeschool lesson - yea right. Pass.

Even after remodeling the facility there is no place to seat, relax and read. Very unwelcoming setting with tables in the middle and old uncomfortable chairs. One of the librarians came to ask me to move from the area because it was close to 3:00 pm and students were supposed to study at this time. Restrictions coming from everywhere (you even need a key for the restroom, no water ext.) Overall it does not feel like library at all. Therefore I drive to Channahan. The librarians are extremity helpful, happy and polite. The library is very clean and welcoming.
