We had a great experience at Morimoto. The service was excellent, and our waiter Steve truly made the night. He’s been there a long time and it shows—his knowledge of the menu is impressive. Steve helped us create a personalized appetizer platter, and every suggestion was perfectly aligned with our mood. Each dish tasted fresh, flavorful, and balanced without being overwhelming. The presentation was beautiful and elevated the whole experience. Attentive service, thoughtful recommendations, and consistently great flavors made this a memorable meal. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent Sushi! Wait staff was very helpful offering suggestions. The service was excellent. This is my second visit there and I've had a great experience both times. Prices are reasonable for the service and the quality of food that you receive. Noise level was fairly high in there because we were close to the bar and basketball were games on. They were really full throughout the whole restaurant, so there wasn't a lot of other options of where to set . As far as prices, it was fair for the quality of food we received. When you walk into a restaurant that is offering high-quality Sushi you know that you're going to pay for it and that's what you are prepared to do. It's all about a memorable enjoyable experience in a setting that is outside the norm of what you would typically do. It's a

Morimoto has long been my favorite Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas, and its recent renovation provided the perfect reason to return. The refreshed space feels elevated while still preserving the restaurant's signature atmosphere. As expected, the fish were exceptionally fresh, with each piece showcasing clean, precise flavors. However, the standout of the evening was unquestionably the lobster bun. The tender lobster, thoughtfully seasoned dressing, and pillowy bun came together in a perfectly balanced bite--rich, satisfying, and beautifully executed. The pear cocktail was another highlight, offering a bright and refreshing fruity profile that paired seamlessly with the meal. Overall, Morimoto continues to deliver an outstanding dining experience, reaffirming its place at the top of my

What a pleasant dining experience ! Since there were seven of us, they recommended a ‘chefs tasting ‘ of the best they have to offer. The food was truly wonderful. Of the many items we had, the sea bass, wagyu carpaccio, the whitefish carpaccio appetizer, and the pork sticky ribs really stood out. Our waiters were fantastic as was the bartender and ladies who worked the hostess stand.

We had a fun experience here with an elevated ambiance to set the mood. We started off with a lovely seasonal salad that was balanced with fresh greens, miso vinaigrette, and pine nuts for texture. The beef short ribs were a bit tough, but the mashed potatoes were decadent and buttery while the broiled Chilean sea bass was light and flaky. Overall it was a good dinner~
