The Suffolk Library is a great community spot and one I’m glad to have nearby. The building is always clean, quiet, and easy to navigate, but what really makes the difference is the staff. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve been met with friendly faces who are genuinely willing to help. Whether it’s tracking down a certain book, giving me a hand with the computers, or just answering general questions, they never act like it’s a bother — they take the time to make sure I get what I need. It’s rare these days to find that level of customer service anywhere, and it makes each visit that much better. The staff here really deserves big props for making the library such a welcoming and supportive place for the Suffolk community.”

This is my first time visiting the MM Library, and I loved everything about it. I attended the Adult Coffee and Crosswords event, and it was great to interact quietly with so many sweet, kind people. I will be back. The staff at MML are so welcoming and helpful.

All Staff,from the front staff to the Custodial are very welcoming and knowledgeable...Very clean environment... limited parking...just glad to have a Library!🥰
