Moretti's Ristorante and Pizzeria

We threw a surprise 80th birthday party Oct. 4th. Party manager, Kelly, was so helpful with the reservation process and special requests. Our host, Lily, did a tremendous job from decorating to making sure everyone one was attended to during the party. It made our party planning a breeze. More importantly, the guest of honor was very happy and surprised. The food was great and the sweets table was a hit. We will definitely go back for our next party.

Great restaurant and atmosphere. Go here EVERY time I’m in Chicago from MA. Great food and beer selection. Same bartender every time and she is excellent but I forgot her name (black hair and glasses)

Ordered a XL buffalo chicken pizza to-go on a Wednesday around 6 pm. My family all looks forward to their buffalo chicken pizza as it is unique & delicious. This time.. the pizza had blue cheese in it.. I didnt ask to have blue cheese in my buffalo chicken pizza, my family ate but it was disappointing 😕 not sure if it was person taking the order or the kitchen.. but that is not cool. UPDATE : Tom reached out the following day to credit my account with a pizza to make up for the situation. Good customer service there & makes it easy to see they care about the clientele. I look forward on continuing to choose Morettis 👍🏼

The steak medallions were cold asked to be reheated the bar tender let a random customer hold my plate with my food on it! The potatoes gravy and steak burned I asked for no pink to be fair - long story short wasn’t looking for anything but an apology - only happened when I mentioned no one ever apologized - Thanks for nothing Tom And crew

Placed an order online for a family get-together recently. When the food came, we only received half of the order we had placed, so we had to call the restaurant and inquire as to the whereabouts of the rest of our order, which was apparently not processed at all but was eventually delivered about 45 minutes later. It kinda threw off the momentum of our shindig when we were unable to sit down and eat together, as we lacked all of the components of our meal. Food was decent. The dogs were much bigger fans of it, however. Cheers.
