Moozy’s Ice Cream

Super friendly service. Clean restauran. black raspberry milkshake was amazing. Also serves food. Ordered a burger was very good. And they have a kids menu with a slider and fries. I’m gonna get that next time.

This place survives on location alone, not quality. Moozy’s is right in the heart of Belmont, surrounded by families and houses, so it looks busy. But don’t mistake foot traffic for good ice cream. I paid about $6.80 for a small cup that tasted chalky, overly milky, and just bad. The kid behind the counter handed it to me with chocolate-covered, sticky hands, leaving fingerprints all over my cup. The counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in days. It feels like no one’s supervising, just a group of teens running the place on autopilot. If this shop were anywhere else, it would have already gone down under. The only thing keeping it open is the prime location and the outdoor seating. Definitely not worth your money. STOP GIVING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO MID QUALITY PLACES. Chargin

Stopped in to this local ice cream place, got a juicy hamburger and salty fries, and a dill pickle. Nice quick lunch. (I’m usually in the mood for ice cream, but this time I tried something outside the box. It was good!). Plenty of parking nearby, just be mindful of pedestrians (lots of kids with their parents).

Price shown on menu (Oakley Rueben sandwich) in the store is 3 dollars lower than price on receipt. I casually asked about it as it was just 3 bucks and didn’t really matter, but the cashier look completely indifferent and said yeah the price in the computer is higher. Like I should’ve been able to peek into your computer and not look at your public menu? I was being very polite, just one question, kept my voice low, and didn’t even ask for anything let alone refund, yet they show zero signs of the tiniest apologies. Just utter indifference. It tells you how bad this place is run, straight up false advertising with a remarkable employee base and owner/manager absent... Really great place. The food is made fresh and tastes solid. Its just good, solid, and real. The brownie sundae was larger (and messier) than expected! But I’m here to rate the content. All around great. Loved it and will be coming back. An all around great experience. I especially enjoyed watching the kids fill their froyo to the brim with candy and the parents telling them all to reign it in.
