MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

First visit and I’m impressed! The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was warm and welcoming. They offered 50% off shakes, along with student and military discounts—which I definitely appreciated. We tried the Dreamsicle, vanilla, and chocolate shakes, all of which were delicious. We also ordered custom burgers that were well-portioned and cooked fresh. The sweet potato fries were great, and having applesauce as a side option for the children was a thoughtful touch. We’ll definitely be back!

1st time visiting Mooyah ever. The location on Bluemond Rd. was awesome! The restaurant is very neat and clean. The manager Eric took my walk in order. He was very patient with my daughter and I as we stared at the menu for 5 min. The Mooyah cheese burger was delicious. The bun was fresh, soft and tosted with butter(yummy). The fries were freshly cut and hot and they used real bacon strips not crumbles. And Omg don't feel guilty about ordering a burger because they have Brussel sprouts! Soo delicious not over seasoned. I didn't see their name but the staff that was on duty today at 445pm were very friendly and respectful. I WILL be returning again.

I really wanted to like MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, but unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. I’ve visited three separate times, and all three times my order was messed up. Each time, the explanation given was that they were “busy,” yet the restaurant was nearly empty whenever I walked in. Mistakes happen, especially in food service — I completely understand that. But when it becomes a pattern, it starts to feel like a lack of attention to detail and accountability rather than a one-off error. Consistency is key in this industry, and right now that’s clearly missing. I genuinely want this location to succeed. The concept is great, and there’s a lot of potential here. However, if the order accuracy and customer service don’t improve, I worry it will continue

I visited this restaurant for the second time on 11/01. i had not eaten anything all day and I was really hungry. i had been at target and attempted to go to In-N-Out Burger.But they were too crowded.So I remembered Mooya was close to where I live and I went there. the service was o k , but the food seemed to be prepared ahead of time and then reheated. the food was horrible. if a restaurant is going to charge eight ninety 94 a burger than it needs to be done well and it wasn't. i won't even talk about the fries.I'll just attach the picture. i would never have even given anybody the food that they gave me. The burger was overcooked and crisp on one side also. the bun was really nice however. I will never go to this restaurant again. yes i took two bites... I had a monster headache becaus

I enjoy the burgers here, however, I do not recommend ordering online and having it delivered. I still have yet to have them get my order notes correct. And I really don’t think my request was too difficult. I only wanted pickles and fried onion strings added to my burger.
