Cannot express what an awful experience I had here! I went in for an appointment for a procedure, and the nurse that was assigned to me completely botched it. I was then sent home in agonizing pain with no medication and told to come back the next day. They made me come back in the next day to see an actual doctor. He performed an ultrasound to see if everything was all right before he performed the procedure. There was nothing wrong with me. The nurse messed up royally. He was able to completed the procedure, and though he did it right, I was still in a ton of pain and had to go straight work. I had actually taken the first evening off work knowing I would be uncomfortable after the procedure, but I couldn’t takeoff two nights in a row so I had to go in to work while in extreme pain. Th

I pre-registered for the Covid vaccine Feb. 1. I was informed that I would have to call the designated number on March 9 to schedule as the pre-registration i completed now means nothing. Incompetence.

Can’t give much details because I am In the process of suing for negligence! If you have any other option rather than coming here please chose any other one. Went for 2nd dose of covid-19 shot and things went very fast. In and out under 30 mins. All staff members were very courteous.
