Monta Factory

We were driving around shopping and got hungry, so we stopped in to Monta Factory. I was completely unfamiliar with the food, but the aromas were fantastic. We decided to play it safe and got the chicken sandwiches plus a couple of the cheese khinkali. While we were waiting for the food, several large orders went out catering style. So, although we were the only patrons dining in, it was clear the restaurant does a good catering business. Our food arrived in a few minutes, and it all looked great. The chicken sandwich had a generous piece of baked chicken. There were pickled veggies, roasted peppers, a great garlic sauce, all in a perfectly toasted chibatta bun. Original, wonderfully unique items, brought a random group of friends, and everybody loved everything, that is very rare. They have something for everyone, and will make any of the items that are already available in other forms, such as items with me to they can replace with vegetarian options, or sandwiches presented as just salads without the bread. Unbelievably delicious Monta (both meat and veg. options)! The garlic soup is divine. All of us went back for a second piece of boereg. Excellent family style dinner.

This place has a bunch of tasty meals, from sandwiches to monte. Reviewing the chicken sandwich, which is very good. Ciabatta bread and ingredients used are fresh and has nice garlic paste to it. Very filling, quality sandwich. I’d come here for the monta - their namesake. Had some of their monte for dinner and the monte was very tasty. 5/5 for dinner. If you are looking for a quick monte for dinner, come get it from here.

Went to the Glendale Monta Factory , after seeing this on No Passport Required I wanted to taste the delicious sumptuous pieces Bought the $25 ..platter . What a joke these tiny pieces are not even appetizer sizes! I have never been so disappointed .what a total rip off not worth the price. I will have to ask friends where to buy real they are charging.The yogurt sauce was good the tomatoes sauce was bland as if pour out of the can no flavor ! The lady server was lovely!
