If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy weekend, look elsewhere. We had one great night and delicious breakfast, followed by absolute absurdity. As guests who were not participating in the murder mystery dinner, we were confined to our bedroom and the conservatory (essentially a sunroom) for the duration. According to their website, guests have access to shared spaces, especially the kitchen, at all times. The exception seems to be when they are putting on events. When this occurs, other guests can expect to be disturbed for 4+ hours of partying downstairs. I had to ask a staff what to expect during their event, and the red-haired staff (no one introduced themselves and dressed unprofessionally, leaving us guessing who was a guest and who was staff) told us they would be using nearly every sha

Views of Mississippi were amazing. House was built in 1898. Lots of treasures through out the house. Noise- didn't hear a peep out of other guests. Clean tidy but lots of stuff. Breakfast was outstanding. Some beer, wine, juices, coffee tea all complementary. Milk, half n half, creamer, milk subs Oat and Almond available 24/7.

Best place in Town. Excellent breakfast! Wonderful and very accommodating host. All rooms are unique and have a private bath and most, maybe even all have a gas burning fire place. We would definitely stay here again. Adults only at this property.🥳

Naomi is the best hostess! Went for Titanic night. So fun to play dress up. Great food, beautiful rooms full of gorgeous antiques. Felt like royalty!

I give this place 5 stars overall because of the food. We did a Murder Mystery and while the mystery was a bit muddled the Cornish Hen was delicious. And breakfast was quiche, potatoes, and beignets. Yum. Worth a touch of murder.
