Monster's Mochas

Been going there for years, had one bad experience. Ask the gal if she could make it up to me with a free drink and her reply was thier policy only allowed it if I would have turned around after being 6 to 8 miles away and not have to be anywhere on time. I figured since I had been a good. Customer for years she would be glad to make a free drink. She stuck to her policy and now lost my business for good. And that of my family. I wouldn't waste your time by going there.

I went there this morning and noticed this girl was training someone new. She was immediately friendly and when I apologized for my drink being complicated, she reassured me that it was totally fine and didn’t make me feel bad at all. Even though she was busy training the other girl, she was extremely sweet, made my drink EXACTLY the way I asked for it, and even filled my personal cup with ice water for me. Made my whole morning and was impressed by her ability to multitask as well!

The drinks are always top notch and always greeted with a smile. Never disappointed and our pups love their pup-cups.

I tried the Monster Split. Ohhh my goodness best blended drink ever! Service was the best, very pleasant young ladies! Thank u. I will be telling my friends..

This is my first bad review. Coffee is just okay. Breakfast burritos are small and premade that barely have any meat in them, they were given to us still cold. Had to have them heat them longer. Most annoying thing was when taking our order they wouldn’t stop to listen to take the order. I think she said “what” 6 times throughout the ordering process. Missed one of our drinks and had to do two transactions since they forgot/didn’t hear that we ordered the breakfast burritos. Not a good experience.
