Monroy's Pizza (Middletown)

Stopped here while passing by on the thruway. Wanted pizza instead of fast food. Was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly. The pizza was fabulous. We had a buffalo chicken slice and a chicken bacon ranch that had lettuce on it. Awesome! Great crust. After we ate we even got slices to take home for the rest of the family. They loved it as well!

First time ordering from here..Saw decent ratings so we decided to try it. We had lasagna & it was the worst I've ever had. Wish I had taken picture of it. .Bread had no butter...salad no dressing..It definitely was not Italian food as I know it. We were very disappointed.

First time being in and I was greeted by the entire staff. Very welcoming, love to be acknowledged and taken care of. They explained the pizzas because they had sooo many options. Fantastic experience. They even offered to cut my sons pizza slice in smaller pieces. He’s very picky about pizza and gave it two thumbs up! I will definitely be coming back.

How many ways was this a horrible experience. Every way. I walked in and after looking at the slices available I decided on a meat lovers stuffed slice and a cheesesteak stuffed slice. I asked about a chicken bacon ranch slice but upon seeing it I knew it was not what I wanted at all. The stuffed meat lover slice wasn't awful but it was nowhere near good. The stuffed cheesesteak slice was absolutely disgusting. WAY too much cheese!!! Then when opened I saw barely any steak and a mountain of mushrooms and peppers. Also to my absolute horror he had thrown in a slice of the chicken bacon ranch which smelled horrific and tasted spoiled. I would never recommend this place. The only positive they have from me is the sauce was ok. Even the side of ranch I paid for was nasty. I'm not sure if they

Was just passing thru the area and stopped to look for something to eat. Decided to grab a couple pizza slices, one to eat right away and one for a bit later. Not entirely sure which 2 I ended up getting but both were absolutely delicious. I believe one was pepperoni, bacon, mushroom and the other was a house special, but very enjoyable. Very friendly and quick service as well. Looks like a local gem which is always what I aim to find.
