Monkey 68

The sushi was really good! I especially liked the yellowtail jalapeño shots and the salmon belly spoons. My favorite roll was the Picante roll, and the lychee martini was great too. The only thing that could use some improvement is the atmosphere. The lighting felt a little harsh, and it would be nice if it were warmer with some music playing. We sat toward the back where it was super quiet, and you could easily hear other people’s conversations and vice versa. Overall, the food and drinks were amazing, and I’d definitely come back just for the sushi!

Maybe my new favorite spot. The yellowtail shots were OUTSTANDING! The smoked Toro app was perfection, and the 68 roll was our favorite of the rolls- but they were all fantastic. To top it off, Luna was the most attentive and sweetest server. I can’t wait to go back!

Had the XOXO OX cocktail tonight which was surprisingly cold and refreshing, give it a go. All the rolls so far have been delightfully different, pictured is the 68 and gold flaked salmon belly that was tonight's special. Only been here twice so far, but must say that all servers that I've seen in action are just incredibly welcoming and efficient, all smiles even when it gets crowded and loud on a Friday night. I am returning for you, ladies. Oh, and for that insanely great pickled wasabi that my husband has to literally stop me from eating all of it because it's so good. Oh, and of course for the chefs who create delicious madness like smoked soy sauce and smoke served sashimi - I forgot what that was called. I love you for that! Only tried one sake so far but the menu has plenty.

My husband and I have been dining at the Monkey 68 in downtown Roswell for many years, and it really never disappoints. The sushi is always extremely fresh, the vibes are strong and the service is excellent. They have indoor and outdoor dining options along with valet which makes it easy to park on Green Street Our favorite rolls are: Picante, Lady in Red and She-Sho fresh. We also love the Brussels sprouts appetizer. I really enjoy their unfiltered sake options and the laughing horse cocktail is amazing. We will always continue to come back here!

Hands down, this is the best spot for Sushi and craft cocktails I've found around Roswell, Alpharetta and Sandy Springs. The staff is very attentive, the quality of food is always great, and their drink menu has something for everyone. Be sure to make reservation and use the valet parking to avoid the Roswell parking chaos.
