Monies Macarons

If you love macarons, you can easily be spoiled by Monies Macarons. I was lucky enough to come across her table at the Port Jefferson Farmers Market last month and was very impressed with not only the high quality of the macarons, but with the originality of the flavors. There were samples of every flavor, which allowed me the opportunity to make the difficult decision about which ones to select. Not only do Monies Macarons look visually stunning, but they taste incredible. These macarons were even better than the ones I had at Ladurée in Beverly Hills, my previous favorite. We ordered 150 macarons for a baby shower! Monie matched the color of the macarons to our theme! She even added gorgeous gold leafing to each and every cookie! They were exquisite! The combination of the numerous fillings she offered (chocolate ganache, pistachio, vanilla, salted caramel, guava, raspberry, and strawberry), perfectly complemented each chewy delicate cookie! Everyone raved about them! Monie really cares about her customers and it shows by the quality of each and every cookie she bakes! We will order again and again!

Monie puts a lot of time and effort into perfecting every cookie. There’s always different varieties of flavors .. Monie comes up with brilliant and unique flavors that fits for everyone’s taste. I just tried her new flavor “Chocolate covered potato chip “ and WOW it was amazing I’m in love !!!
