The food was absolutely delicious, service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was smart, calm and clean. The owner came out and set with me and shared the history of the place. But more importantly, I purchased three dinners all different entrées. The smothered pork chops and collard greens were succulent,with a grandma’s hand. The fried fish ( Jack)was hot, crisp with a tasteful cornmeal and flour breading seasoned perfectly. The portion sizes were way more than I could consume but I attempted to sample everything. I give Mom’s Soul Food kitchen a 9 out of 10 with succulent food, cleanliness and atmosphere. The entire staff was friendly, engaging and welcoming. If you have a chance you must patronize this establishment. You won’t regret it!

Very disappointing everything was cold and nothing I mean nothing was Soulful about this meal .. Sweet potato are very hard Nsc and cheese was dry … I ordered dressing that I didn’t receive… this was by far the Worst experience ever …

Tried Mom’s Soul Food Kitchen & Catering for the first time unfortunately, it was a waste of $32.20🤦🏾‍♀️ While the service was good, the food just wasn’t it. The flavors were way off from what I’m used to. The dressing had a strong, almost vinegary taste that overpowered everything. The mac and cheese tasted like it was made with cheap cheese and lacked any real seasoning. The ribs? Tough not enjoyable at all. 😩 There are signs everywhere saying no refunds, only exchanges, but honestly, I wouldn’t even want to exchange this. The whole plate went straight to the trash. I wouldn’t feel right giving this to someone in need. Disappointing all around. My daughter liked the greens the sweet potatoes were just okay. Her chicken was good plate just wasn’t worth 18.00. The restaurant is extreme

Well well well...where do I start? I spent $42.00 and I ordered the smothered pork chops by the way you get one and two slides. I choose Mac and cheese and dressing. Dressing was horrible I couldn't even describe the flavors. The Mac and cheese wasn't a sauce based and had a oil base cheese probably cheaper cheddar cheese only on top. So don't order these two items. Next I ordered a buffalo fish sandwich but no bread given... Now go figure I ordered a sandwich loud and clear. Next I ordered a side of greens with smoked Turkey...diffently throwing this away. Can't even describe the taste. So bad really really bad.tasted like weeds...peach cobbler was good. So what a experience. Won't be going back. Take your own chances and I am a train chef... straight out of Texas.

Hello today I order a meal that was delivered to me. I didn't get what I ordered and my chicken was cold with no flavor or seasoning. I only ordered because the first time I bought food it's was so good I bragged on it. Ordered my friend and I some food and it didn't taste nothing like the first time. The Mac n Cheese was the only thing good in our order. Thank you but NO Thank you! I spent to much money to be disappointed like that.
