Molcajete Authentic Mexican Food

We had dinner here on our stay in Sleepy Hollow. We picked this place after searching other places in the area and we were not dissapointed! Everything was very very good! The drinks were good as well. No wait to sit down despite being a smaller place. Food came out quick as well. My husband got the Special and I got the Enchiladas Verdes. Soo good!

The BEST Mexican food!!!! We came here as a party of 3 on a Thursday night. There were 2-3 other tables sat. The poor waitress was by herself and running around like crazy! I give 4 stars for service because there was a man behind the bar scrolling on his phone while she ran around taking orders and delivering the food to everyone while he didn’t help clear tables or seat people, or help the customers in any way. She, however busted her butt! The waitress brought out a basket of chips and salsa which we polished off in record time! I initially ordered a Sauvignon blanc but it was not good, so I sent it back and got a passion fruit mojito instead. It was delicious. My husband and sister both got a Michelada. My friend and I got dinner here this weekend. It was our first time trying them out and it was so good! We each got the spicy passion fruit margarita which was delicious. We got the tostones with chorizo to share which honestly stole the show! We also got tacos, not pictured. I would def go again!

Great spot! The chips were phenomenal and fresh. We got a chorizo burrito and the mole enchiladas and they were wonderful. The chorizo was smoky and flavorful. The enchilada dish was delicious and filling, but I wish the sauce had been slightly sweeter. All in all, would recommend!

Very good experience! We ordered a quesadilla, orange juice, lemonade, chicken fingers, calamari, and frijoles soup. They were all outstanding! Lemonade+ orange juice tasted natural and flavorful. Quesadilla had a couple other things with it, such as salad, orange rice, and bean sauce! They also provided a container for leftover food we wanted to take with us. The total price was 70.00 which was a good price. Our server was friendly and helped us a lot. Music here was lively and not extremely loud. For the chicken they gave us a full bottle of ketchup which was convienient. The restaurant was well put together and nicely decorated. Very nice atmosphere. Overall experience was extremely great.
