Moe's Southwest Grill

The only reason I didn't give 1 star for service is because there are some genuinely nice workers at this location. However, I have CONSISTENTLY come in and had to wait 10+ minutes for service. To be clear, I've NEVER walked in and been served in under 2, 5, or 10 minutes, and this is regardless if a line is in front of me - as in I've been the only one in the store and had to wait this long (I assume they were handling mobile delivery orders and drive through). The final straw for me however is the fact that they NEVER have Tofu ready during the day. I guess I've been fortunate a time or 2 to come in after someone has requested tofu, so I get what's left over, but the majority of the time when I go to this store for lunch, I leave hungry with no food because I'll have to wait for them to

This place gets consistently worse every time I go and I keep trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves. The first few times I went, the food was good. Now they have a different crew and the food is not good anymore. It tastes no where near fresh. Every time I order the home wrecker burrito they never put guacamole on it. There wasn’t enough chicken on my burrito plus, the chicken wasn’t grilled enough and was unappetizing. Not going back for a while.

This is a first for me, I have a two part review based on two totally different experiences. On 08/10/2024, I was I. The mood for something good and I wanted something that could hold me. As I was in the area, I decided to pull into Moe’s. As it sits directly off of 138, it was easy to get to, as well as the fact that it has a drive thru made it super convenient. Getting up to the menu, the young lady came over the speaker and told me to go ahead when I was ready. After going back and forth with myself as all the options sounded good, I decided to have the “Moe Meat, Moe Cheese” option as a bowl. Featuring Moe’s Famous Queso. Went to Moe's on jonesboro. Went through drive through. Toppings missing but the main one is the chicken. For 14.00 this is madness. I moved the items around looking for the meat. This is one way to make a person a vegan. 😡

This Moe's had very friendly staff and an extremely busy drive thru line. The food was made quickly and accurately. I dined in and was the only one there, but there was more than enough parking and seats. Adbobe Chicken Bowl was awesome!
